This is so easy and so good! I used vanilla bean paste instead of extract to get those vanilla specks in the ice cream. I also substituted Splenda for the sugar since my husband is a diabetic. This is a very adaptable recipe. The first time I made it as plain vanilla. The second time I added diced peaches after 15 minutes as suggested. Any fruit or other add ins could be done too. A definite keeper! Now that I know how easy home made ice cream is to make, this could be dangerous for my diet!

My 9 year old daughter made this all by herself and it was very good. She was so excited and proud of herself.

Great ice cream, quite possibly the easiest I’ve ever made.
