Delicious! I don’t have a slow cooker so coated beef in flour salt & pepper before frying, gave the veges a quick toss in the pan as well then one transferred all meat & veg to casserole dish then mixed & put all gravy ingredients & baked in oven 2 hrs at 170 - looked & tasted pretty amazing!
