    Super quick, super easy, and super yummy, my kind of recipe! I will say I added a little more seasoning, next time I will double the seasoning amount, and of course we also added avocado, cheese and sour cream 👌🏻*(we prefer this homemade seasoning unless you can find one premade without MSG, which we couldn’t find)

    my oven broke just before so couldn't bake as in the recipe. Still quite good in a skillet, even if the spices tend to stick anywhere but on the vegetables.

    This recipe was really easy to follow and I found that the cooking times (10 min first bake, 17 min second bake) were spot-on for tender, juicy chicken and tender veggies. I will remake this bur double the seasoning to really get a kick.
