So good! I was afraid of making it taste too orangey so I only used half an orange for both filets but I didn’t taste the orange at all, so one full orange should be fine. I loved how the lemon juice seeped into the potatoes to make them a little tangy. Delicious!

Really liked it and it is ,oh so easy, would work to make ahead ,great with the orange and lemon
