Wonderful... added shrimp and some red bell peppers. Really good will make again.

I really only use this recipe for the sauce. It was the easiest sauce I've ever made that tastes like the Pad Thai you get at the restaurants. I replaced the siracha sauce with kimchi. Much yummier. Can be purchased at Asian markets.
