- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 lb. large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 Tbsp. McCormick Perfect Pinch Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tsp. McCormick Parsley Flakes

Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.) Add shrimp and Seasoning; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.

Loved it!! I used real parsley. bit of butter and put it over spaghetti squash.

We were out of olive oil so we used butter, which is fine. The only shrimp at the store that were de-tailed were already cooked and medium size. We likely kept them on the heat too long so they were a bit rubbery & didn't have enough flavor. But we were making it for a big group & needed it to be easy. I might try again with raw shrimp. I don't care if there are tails.
