This recipe has the stevia measure wrong. It calls for 1/4 teaspoon of powdered stevia. I found it strange but followed the recipe. They came out awful.

Cashew butter in any recipe is the bomb! I would not suggest cooking them more than 10 minutes if you want soft chewy cookies. They won’t be golden brown but I PROMISE they’re done!

Not bad but weird texture and kinda dry. The chocolate chips definitely help with flavor for sure.
