Soooo yummy. I made homemade pico de gallo and put it on top and it was delicious. I will definitely be making this again 😍

Delicious, my mother is on a Keto diet so I made her breakfast in bed and it was perfect!

Turned out like the picture. I cooked the bacon in the oven so It didn’t make a mess. I also cooked it without the butter. Just use a nonstick pan. Tip: prepare salsa the night before. Let sit in refrigerator to let to make the flavors merry
