Nice and easy to make for a week night dinner. Although thought 10 min was too long for the rice so I did it for 8 min even though I usually find rice is perfect at 6 minutes. And the rice was overcooked but will still definitely make again but pressure cook for 6 minutes and shorten NPR as well

10 minute prep time, no way. You would have to be Edward Scissorhands to cut this stuff up in 10 minutes. I added 1 pound cooked, pealed, devained, tails off shrimp, about 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper (made it a little spicer than I thought cooking under pressure), about 1/4 teaspoon cumin. I don't like salt to taste directions because I never know how much to put on it, and you can;t taste raw chicken to see if it is enough. I used around 1/4 tablespoon salt and a dash more pepper. I was unsure on what to do with the liquid that was left over after cooking the chicken, I left it in the pot. Also, I added the shrimp when the chicken went back in the pot after the rice. I put some Naan Original in the oven at 400 for 2 minutes to have as a side with this. All in all, this turned out amazing. Next time I think I may try a little less crushed red pepper.
