    Honestly it was ok. Didn’t rly look like the photos and the fish was crispy at the top. Maybe i did something but chili powder was a lot so maybe put less mustard sauce on it. Not bad and I ate it but I wouldn’t try again

    Absolutely loved it! I followed the reviews of others and toned down the spicy stuff (chilly and paprika) and instead of salt I went with lemon pepper directly on the salmon. Then I added all the ingredients in a bowl and poured it over the fish. It was delicious. Served with vegetable and fried plantains.

    I used molasses & honey instead of maple syrup and spicy brown mustard instead of dijon mustard. I also mixed all the ingredients at once and spread it over the fish before baking it, instead of drizzling the syrup over it before broiling. It was so moist and flavorful! Amazing

    My paste wasn’t as thick and it didn’t really work in the oven too well so I stuck it in my air fryer and it turned out pretty yummy

    Did not like the mustard paste taste, took much to cook than the recipe called for, don't recommend, steer clear big tuna, head for open waters

    It was good - salmon was cooked perfectly. However, the chili powder was overwhelming so I’d cut back on that. Otherwise, pretty good

    Wow - has to be one of the best Salmon recipes we’ve tried (and we’ve tried quite a few). Very very moist & tender, and super flavourful. We coated both sides if the fillet. Awesome.

    Wow! This was so easy and amazing! I served it with roasted sweet potatoes with a little bit of chipotle pepper and sauteed spinach.

    Very good recipe and directions. I made a slightly lighter coating than the recipe that worked well! I needed to leave the salmon under the grill for a lot longer than three minutes. It was very moist and had great reviews from my dinner guests

    This didn’t turn out as desired seasoning list suggests brown sugar, actual recipe page does not have that ingredient listed. Seasonings taste almost like OldBay, which Is rather have used. maple was an okay add, nothing to write home about. Probably won’t make again.

    The rub was very strong and not in a good way. The fish was delicious (we used steelhead trout) and the maple syrup added good flavor as long as I didn’t get a bite that was covered in the rub. Would definitely use a lot less of the paprika and chili powder if I did the recipe again

    Omg It was soooo good, the whole house was trying to sneak into it while our other dishes were still cooking, My husband doesn’t like salmon as he say but he has half of a whole fillet of salmon

    I thought it was horrible I threw half away, too musky but that is just my taste and opinion couldn’t really even taste the salmon.

    The glaze was great. I had a smaller filet size, so the rub was a little thick. My boys loved. Will make it again.

    The salmon is really good! The only thing I think I would change is decrease the salt and add Honey instead of maple syrup to make it healthier. But it was absolutely delicious
