It was nice and easy and good, but a bit too sweet for me. I’ll reduce or leave out the sugar next time. Also, I added shredded cabbage and spinach to it when I put in the onions to get some veggies in. Made a nice filling dish.

Very easy, practically foolproof. Excellent flavor, I've used beef broth, dashi, and once chicken stock, really good every way
