Too Salty. I won't use sorchester next time and will use regular salt and pepper rather then seasoned salt. Needs sweetness also. Will add maple syrup or a touch of sugar

I halved the recipe and omitted bell pepper and bay leaves to suit the palate of my family of three (will add bay leaves next time because I think it would be good). It cooked up in a single pot beautifully. To everyone's disappointment, there were no leftovers. I may never half the recipe again.
