I originally found this recipe in a magazine years ago but lost it and found this version. Super easy and yummy! My modifications are - no ranch seasoning and I usually start with frozen chicken breasts so I can toss it in the crock pot before work (I work afternoons) and it’s ready when I get home

Still cooking but it smells great!!

Really good! The chicken breasts I used were a bit too big so it ended up having a bit of a dip consistency but not complaining since we used tortilla chips to scoop up and eat. Will definitely make again.

It was wonderful!! Very easy and great for a spring evening after a long walk. Next time adding some more heat.

Easy to get started. Smells great while it is cooking. Easy to get ready to plate. I will add some 'heat' next time.

Absolutely delicious! For a bit of extra flavor, I used the Rotel with chilis. Picky eater-approved!

Not that exciting to me, I did read all the comments, but decided that since first time, that I should just 'follow the recipe'. Not nearly enough pizazz for me. I've added more Rotel and 2 cans of green chilis. A little better, I'll figure it out,or feed it to Mikey...

I added quite a bit more seasoning than the recipe asked for, and added a jalapeño and used spicy ranch mix, and it turned out AMAZING. I’m not a huge chili person, but I can eat this all day

Turned out pretty good. Needs a little more kick to it. I added diced jalapeno. Also instead of chicken breast I used 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs.

Delicious! Used regular cream cheese because The light stuff isn’t fun. Had a side bowl of multigrain scoops, will be making again for sure!

I did this on the instant pot and added a cup of chicken brot. high for 25 min. so easy and delicious!

I was really good needs more spicy next time so maybe a more spicy chili powder or a can or green chilis! Also, double the liquids to make it more of a chili!!!

I made this in my instant pot and it was amazing!! I quartered the chicken breasts and put them in the bottom followed by the rotel tomatoes, corn and beans and then topped it off with the seasonings and cream cheese. 20 minutes on pressure cook high and then quick release. I pulled the chicken out and shredded it separately and then mixed it back in perfect to serve with rice or by itself.
