Awesome. Just like a great Italian restaurant. I may try same recipe with some nice veal too. I followed recipe and would make again for sure soon.

I saw this posting before; and, as I love this dish at a local Italian restaurant, I made it and was very pleased.
As I don't follow a Paleo diet, I made it as stated. It was simple to make and delicious!
