It was so easy....prep time longer as I was cooking chicken breasts (2 large makes 3 c shredded) then the broccoli (shredded the chicken while cooking broccoli). I mixed cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and ‘sharp cheddar’ with a little pepper before I added to the chicken (I used about 1/2 tsp of garlic powder) then added cooled broccoli. I sprayed the pan with olive oil and baked. Served with rice and a salad😊
