Very good. Loved the roasted garlic, these loaves were gone the same day they were baked!

I don't know what I did wrong but things went horribly awry. The bread had no volume at the end and wound up flat. It was a rustic roasted garlic frocciaca bread! Tastes great and is moist. Excellent bread as a side.

Does take most of the day but, So versatile and yummy. I have requests every week to make more. love it.
