- 1/2 cup stir fry sauce (bottled)
- 1/3 cup Smucker’s® Natural Blackberry Fruit Spread
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 carrot (peeled and diagonally sliced)
- 2 cups snow peas (fresh, trimmed)
- 8 oz. water chestnuts (sliced, drained)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- cooked rice
- 1 lb. chicken (boneless, skinless, cut into 1/2-inch pieces)

Directions
- COMBINE stir-fry sauce, preserves, water and garlic in small bowl. Stir until blended.
- HEAT oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to hot oil; stir-fry until light browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon.
- ADD carrot to skillet; stir-fry 1 minute. Add snow peas, water chestnuts and green onions; stir-fry 2 minutes.
- STIR in sauce mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in reserved chicken. Heat through. Serve over rice.
