brand name user I use what I have. So I did not use eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk I cut the lemon juice to a quarter cup. Came out very good and it was setting as I was pouring it into the graham cracker crust

It never set! The ingredients call for 1 can of sweetened milk and that’s exactly what I used and the cheesecake never set. Highly disappointed

There was way too much lemon juice in my opinion. ended up tasting more like key lime pie then cheesecake.

Very good and super easy to make. Might go a smidge sweeter next time. Instead of making in a pie dish, divided the filling into 6 ramekins. Used one package of grahams, 3 tbsp sugar, and 5 tbsp melted butter for the crust, leaving it unbaked to make it softer.
