my family like it and I would make it again. Next time I would add more salt and seasoning.

Needs little more seasoning. Overall it’s not a bad dish.

The roast turned out tender and moist but not a lot of flavour. Needed some spice.

This is my go-to method for cooking roast! I used Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper, and forgot the Worcestershire sauce, but it still turned out great. I put it in frozen & cooked on low heat all day while I was at work. Before serving, I flipped the roast over and let it sit in the juices about 5-10 extra minutes so the top part could soak up some of the juices too. It turned out super moist & flavorful!

I made this over the weekend for a potluck at work. It was easy, delicious and I had the most difficult time trying not to eat the entire thing before the event! I highly recommend this recipe. I sort of turned it into shredded beef BBQ sandwich, and if you're looking to do the same, make sure you have a good BBQ sauce to go with it.
All in all the flavoring quality of this recipe is great! I will make it again. I might add some more garlic though. :)
