- 1/2 cup rice flour (for dredging)

- 3/4 cup yellow mustard (for marinating onions)

- 8 hamburger patties (3-4 oz. per patty, 80/20 meat-to-fat blend)

- 4 brioche buns
- 2 garlic cloves

- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. cornichons (chopped, or sweet pickle relish)
