Directions
- Add all ingredients to Bowl of KitchenAid® Artisan Stand Mixer. Attach Bowl and Flat Beater to Mixer. Turn to Speed 1 and mix 2 minutes or until just combined. Shape mixture into 3-1/2-ounce patties.
- Heat large skillet over high heat. Cook patties, in batches, 3 to 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
