I’ve made this twice now exactly how the recipe says and both times have been delicious. I served it with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. My 6-year old is a picky eater and tonight was the first time in ages she ate without complaint (I even got a thumbs up!) while my 4-year old asked for seconds and licked her plate clean. The one adjustment I’d made is cooking it for 7-8 hours instead of the 10 hours I did today as it ended up being a little well done.

Great flavor. Added potatoes, cabbage and carrots that I had seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cooked it all together. Everything turned out great. What an easy, complete meal.

Very good. The dijon paste gives the meat a very nice flavor. After the beef was done slow cooking I removed it and pressure cooked some potatoes and carrots for 5 minutes in the remaining liquid. I also broiled the meat for a few minutes to add some texture.

I am not a fan of corned beef at all - to me it tastes like spam. But this recipe makes it appealing. I soaked the beef overnight to remove as much salt as possible which I think was key in making this the nicest corn beef I’ve ever tasted.

i don't change the recipe. i think it's perfect the way it is. i like to make southern hashbrown style potatoes with this

This is really delicious. Made me actually like corned beef! I omitted the brown sugar and upped the honey to 2 Tbsp. instead. My husband loved it and he wished I had bought a bigger piece of meat for more leftovers. I will have to make this a new St. Patty’s Day tradition!

I made this a few years ago and it was so yummy. Was not much of a corn beef fan but made me like it much more

This is very good! I followed the instructions except I also used the spice packet that came with the beef. The flavor was great!

This was the best corned beef I've ever made. It was almost ridiculously easy.
It made some of the most flavorful sandwiches with the leftovers. We are a retired couple and we ate every last morsel. That says it all.
