Very easy to make and a huge hit with vegans and omnivores alike! Especially appreciated by a lactose-intolerant friend. All the creaminess but no dairy!
Double up the batch because they go quick!

So delicious and so easy!
Works with both "Enjoy life mini semi-sweet chocolate chips" (allergy friendly chocolate chips) AND "Choc Zero sugar free baking chips"
I had to refidgerate the mixture longer than the 20 minutes to firm up. Ended up leaving the mixture in for a little over an hour. Perfect to scoop into balls by then.
The balls taste great rolled in:
Cacao Powder,
Hemp hearts (raw shelled hemp seeds),
The two mixed together (rolling in the hemp hearts then the cacao), or
Coconut flakes
MMMmm sooo yummy! I'm toying with adding mint or lavender for extra special treats!
I put them in a container and divide the layers with parchment paper (probably don't need to, but its what I do) and store them in the refidgerator for treats through the week.

It tasted yummy, but mine didn’t firm up at all. I must have done something wrong

Make aure to really whip the avocado so it blends well with the chocolate. These were a big hit, even with the kids.

Melt in your mouth perfection! I added a 1/4c chopped toasted pecans. Also I chilled for longer than 20 mins to make them easier to handle--but check often, because when the mixture starts hardening, it goes fast. No taste of avocado whatsoever.

Fantastic! I did add a little stevia to it and rolled them in a combination of cocoa powder and almond flour. I will be making a double batch next time

The recipe worked ok but i think I did it wrong because i mixed the avocado while the chocolate was still melting and caused the oil in the avocado to be excessive... I had to pat some of it off but once I made the balls i patted it with the cocoa it was less.. although I think next time I will not because it gave it a bitter taste while the mic was perfect in taste.,..

They turned out really well and it was surprising how the avocado flavor was hardly noticeable. Definitely make.

Wow - so rich and good! I used Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips (69% cacao). After I mixed in the avocado, I tasted the mixture and wanted a little sweetness so I added a teaspoon of honey. I chilled the mixture for about 45 minutes before forming the balls. I checked on it earlier, but it wasn't that firm yet. I skipped the cocoa powder. The balls weren't as firm as I wanted so I stuck them in the freezer for 5 minutes and then they were perfect.

It turned out okay. It took 20 minutes longer to firm and the unsweetened cocoa powder made it very bitter.

Deliciously decadent!!! You would never know there was avocado in the recipe, will definitely be making again
