THE BEST and easiest blueberry pancake recipe ever. Used 2% lactose free milk because that's what I had. Didn't thicken, but I like my pancakes thin. They never made it to the table. I was hungry and they were awesome. No syrup or butter needed. These are naturally sweet and slightly crunchy on the outside.

Stirred it by hand but should have used a mixer to breakup the blueberries evenly. Next time I’ll also add some honey to the mixed too. My oldest complained is was bland. Given we’re new at this I figured we’d try everything once then work from there.
