- 2 Tbsp. hellmann' or best food light mayonnais
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (small, seeds and ribs removed then finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 boneless center cut pork chops (about 1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chops.
- Season chops, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper, then brush with mayonnaise mixture. Grill or broil chops, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining mayonnaise mixture, until chops are done.
