Love this quiche! The consistency is spot on for me and the flavor was fantastic - even after subbing skim milk with a tad of melted butter in place of the whole milk. I did use roasted/quartered brussels sprouts, ground spicy sausage, sautéed onion and apple instead of the garlic, bacon, green pepper and ham since that's what I had on hand. Best crustless quiche recipe ever!!!
