Delicious! I substituted artichoke hearts for the red pepper and added prosciutto. (Note to self: next time use a whole package of prosciutto!) I omitted the oil. It took 45 minutes to bake completely, but was excellent.

Pretty good. I modified it for the ingredients I had on hand…angel tomato’s for red pepper, few slices of ham, some scallions on top, can milk.

Very good. I used canned spinach and mushrooms but I'm sure it's better with fresh.

Really good. I added tomatoes which made it a bit watery. Don't do that :)

It turned out really yummy , I used half milk and half yoghurt to substitute the half and half .
Would definitely make again
