Couldn’t sleep but had some thawed out pork chops and luckily had the contents available to make this at 2am. Woke up to this being a success! It was great!! I added a pinch of garlic powder just because

I didnt have Worcestershire so i improvised, i put soy sauce and lime as the alternative, i loved it! ate it with a potatoe salaf and white rice.

This turned out so good and flavorful! I added about 3 or 4 oz of canned mushrooms to the crockpot and this was great! Served over rice with steamed carrots. Saving to my meal rotation for sure.

Really good! I only cooked the meat on low for 5 hours and it was very tender.

Delicious!! Very easy to make I added sliced mushrooms at the end as we love mushrooms. Will be making again
