i made this today and everyone enjoyed! i did not have cumin, so i left that out. the only salsa i had was mild. i have 3 kids so mild seemed better. i made a side of rice and added toppings of avocado, tomato, lettuce, shredded cheddar Jack, salsa. chiuce of hard corn shells or soft flour tortillas. everyone got to make their own 25 minutes from my arrival home.

AMAZING! We used fresh tenderloins instead and a thicker salsa and it turned about great. Only took about an hour to cook. Will make again for sure!

This was overall a tasty and easy taco chicken recipe. However, I only give it three stars because it had too much liquid. I was able to shred the chicken after five hours of cooking, and I added 2 T cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c water and let it cook for another hour. It could also use more spice, so next time I will kick it up.
