- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs, frozen or thawed, cook times varies on chicken)
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. basil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
- 16 oz. frozen broccoli (cuts)
- 2 jars Alfredo sauce (I usually use 1 jar of Light Bertolli Alfredo & 1 jar of Classico Light Creamy Alfredo sauce)
- 1/2 cup milk (optional)
- 1/2 lb. pasta (bowtie or any, cooked)
- grated Parmesan (for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Place chicken in Crock Pot, and add pepper, salt, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Dump sauce and milk on top of chicken.
- Cover and cook in crockpot : 6-8 hours on low if chicken is frozen or 3-4 hours on low if chicken is thawed
- Add broccoli, cover again, and cook for 1 more hour.
- Toss with cooked pasta, and top with parmesan and parsley.
