AWESOME. Used yellow, red, and orange peppers, and split the meat in 1/2 . 1/2lb of bacon and the sausage. came out great

Skipped the Mushrooms and added the Green Chillies (1 small can used 1/3 per layer). Did 3 layers with Ham then Bacon then back to Ham..frozen onions on top of the potatoes in each layer
