This roast had a good flavor but was not as flavorful as I'm used to. I will say that when I made a sandwich with the shredded meat, mozzarella cheese and Hawaiian bread it was divine... I did microwave it so the cheese was melted and the meat was warm... loved it!!

It was very good! Very flavorful. Easy recipe, easy crockpot cooking. The family ate it all and will be in my keeper file. Thank you!!!

Sauce is good, but had to add a thickener since the original sauce was soupy. Meat turned out great!
