It was wonderful, what a tasty meal for a cold winter day! Cut up a garlic clove, made slits in the roast and inserted the garlic pieces into each side, yum! Otherwise followed the recipe, roast turned out tender, will make again!

Followed recipe exactly except I added more vegetables and it was delicious. The meat was very tender and the whole recipe was easy to follow and make. Will make this again.

So good, and so easy to make! I put in some canned beef boullion so I would have extra liquid to make gravy. Also put in some cabbage. Perfect dinner for a cold winter night. And ample leftovers!

It was awesome, I did add more season though and some beef stock. It was gone in 1 hr lol even my 19 month old ate it

Great recipe. I used baby Yukon potatoes and baby carrots and left them whole. Also substituted a tablespoon of my homemade dry onion soup mix which is gluten free for the bouillon granules. I cooked it for 8 hours on low setting and it was done. I find my oval crockpot cooks a lot hotter and usually have to reduce the time in recipes. My husband really loved it.

Would make again!

Yummy! I did 3 hours on low, 4 on high due to time constraints. Worked perfectly with a bottom round roast

Was a wonderful roast! I suggest seasoning veggies before you put them in the crock pot.

Easy, very delicious, and hearty! I made my own beef broth with my own herbs and spices which came out amazing! Give it a go!

Great recipe! However, the portion sizes suggested would be way too big for my crockpot. If you have a medium crockpot, I’d suggest halving the ingredient sizes.

I have no complaints! I added mushrooms near the end and everyone loved the dish! Kids were asking for more!
