I thought it was super tender and juicy. I made the “gravy”. Total fail; however, I believe that’s my fault. I served it with buttered noodles and steamed asparagus. I would make again.

Amazing ! so much flavorm the gravy was also so flavorful. i highly reccomend. I made my own ranchm i did not use chives as i am not a fan. and i made my own broth from woy sauce as well. The meat was so tender .

I did the recipe as written. Even used the ranch dressing recipe provided. It turned out great and very tasty. I will definitely use this recipe again.

first time cooking for my family and this recipe nailed it, i made the roast and gravy like it said. sliced the roast and made rice. put the rice down with slices of roast on top and then covered it all with gravy with a side vegetable to go with it. i would suggest this evryday

This is the best roast recipe I have ever found! It gets the "Better than grandma's" compliment more than any recipe I've made. The one thing I changed is I don't use sour cream (it doesn't need it) and I add more pepperonis.
