Good concept, but too acidic. The OJ and lime were overpowering. I would half them next time and crank up the heat.

so good! i switched it up a little by only using one large sweet potato and adding steak. I've made it twice now, yesterday for Fourth of July, and it's been a hit both times. not spicy at all which i kind of like. i did add cayenne pepper for a little extra kick the second time which was also good.
