If you can make a pot roast, you can definitely make this! I modified slightly. Seasoned and seared the chicken with poultry seasoning, paprika, garlic salt and onion powder. I also added minced garlic, salt and pepper in with the cream of chicken. AMAZING! Made a side of collards to go with.

I added chopped onion, bell pepper, tiny bit of chicken broth; garlic, red pepper flake, cayenne pepper at the beginning. 1 hr before finish i added a can of corn and peas. after done finished off with some heavy cream to thicken bc of all the extra liquid.

Absolutely delicious, might have to break it out again for Thanksgiving. Just make sure you have a big enough crockpot and consider noodles maybe.

Ok so this is delicious. Everyone who said it was bland should have added their own seasoning. It’s what I did and it was amazing. When it came to the chicken being dry. It was definitely moist enough for us. My kids (10 and under) had thirds of this.

We really liked it; I don’t usually make soup can sauces, but this one was good. I could totally just do this with the potatoes and sauce also. I made the mistake of adding salt, but the sodium in the ranch mix and soup can would’ve been plenty, I think; I ended up adding sour cream to bring it back around.

It was decent. I definitely seasoned the chicken before cooking. I also added some butter and sour cream for more flavor. Was delicious :)
Gave it 3 stars bc you could def add more ranch seasoning. And you definitely want to add more seasonings to it for more flavor. Otherwise it will be bland.

I put 1 1/2 packets of ranch dressing mix, I didn’t taste any ranch in it. Season the chicken breast before putting in crockpot it was alright wish it tasted like ranch

This was bland at best. It was creamy but tasteless. My family was not impressed. I had to cook something else for dinner. Very very disappointing.

My boyfriend and I loved this! He’s a picky eater so this is great for kids. I seared the chicken and cooked for 3.5 hours. I also added some actual ranch dressing for a little more flavor.

Turned out great... after reading some of the reviews I seasoned and seared my chicken first and only cooked for 3 hours 15 minutes chicken was not dry at all and was tasty and delicious.

Even with no added salt this dish has 1290 mg of sodium per serving. This could be dangerous and lack awareness of the impact contributes to the rising health care crisis in the US.
I know I can use a low sodium option, but you should do so. Many people could respond with a hypertensive episode with this amount of sodium

very tasty, chicken breasts were a little dry, but seems no matter what i do, they are. i added some garlic powder and onion powder as well. I'll make it again for sure.

Great!! Potatoes and carrots are so soft added more seasonings (garlic salt, pepper, onion powder) and a little extra cream of chix soup
