Great for a quick throw together meal and so so delicious! I love mushrooms so I added them when I cooked the meat, onion and garlic. I also added some turmeric and paprika for extra health benefits. Gives it a bit of a smoky flavour as well.

Sooooo tasty and easy to make! I just had a baby a week ago so I have been searching for easy crockpot recipes that require little to no food prepping. I was able to pop all the ingredients into the crockpot within 30 mins and still care for my newborn and toddler. This recipe is going in my keeper list
