Description

When you make these potatoes you get to enjoy the irresistible perfume of fresh rosemary twice — while they roast in the oven and then again at the table. We've made them here with baby red potatoes, but you can also do a combination of red and white for a festive look.     very easy, wash potatoes, cut them in half, throw them in seasoning bowl, and put face down on a pan in the oven. seasoning was on point and they had a little crisp to them.

    They came out crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, however, there could’ve been more flavor. Next time, I’ll double up on the rosemary, salt, pepper, and maybe add some minced garlic!
