I've tried it..comes out perfect with sauce...pinning it for every weekend dinner..it easy no time consuming..

It was yummy, and even tasted okay reheated. I basically doubled the recipe, but had a lot of extra Greek yogurt and coconut milk leftover. I would buy smaller containers next time. Also, I didn't bother with having the extra cold yogurt sauce to serve with it, just covered the fish filets really well with it for baking.
