Description
Ideal for kids. Tasty for everyone. The crispy comes from crushed potato chips coating the drumsticks, and the taste from flavor sinking into the chicken while in the oven.

- 6 Tyson® Fresh Chicken Drumsticks
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup fat free egg product
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup baked potato chips (coarsely crushed)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place flour in large resealable plastic bag. Blend egg product and water in small shallow dish. Place crushed potato chips in a separate shallow dish.
- Add drumsticks to flour in bag; shake to coat evenly. One at a time, dip drumsticks in egg mixture; coat evenly with potato chips and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done (internal temp 180°F).

Very Crispy and juicy. Will definitely make again. Didn't use chips and still very crispy.

Use BBQ chips instead, with some Cajun spice. Really good!

It's true prep time is very fast, but i even added salt on the chicken and it still haven't had any flavor at all! And i left it for about an hour in the oven until it was cooked through! After 40 min i checked them and the drumsticks still have been raw inside! The idea to batter them in crushed chips is actually good, everyone liked it! Will make them again, but will add definitely some spices!
