It was quite nice. I left out the onions and the garnish was supposed to be olive oil and parsley, however I decided I wanted roasted tomatoes, so I heated up olive oil and roasted garlic, then added the tomatoes, then turned off the heat, added more police oil and rosemary.
Honestly it was a bit bland even with all that, but still, it was quite nice.

Very tasty but I added some bacon to this dish for some good ol fat. I will be making this again.

Super easy and incredibly creamy! We loved it. I think we will add some additional spices and/or vegetables to add some kick for future iterations, but highly recommend as is (with s&p to taste) or as a base for creative additions. Made a few minor changes: cut recipe in half because I was short on rosemary, onions and garlic. Added dried herbs de provence to make up for lack of rosemary. Worked well.

Way too much Rosemary(overpowered the soup)
I added a cup of almond milk and reduced the liquid to 4 cups total

Really good except one tea spoon of black pepper I found too much as it over powered the taste.

Sooo yummy ! This is my first vegan soup I've have tried and it's delicious , I can't wait for the winter this will be on the list to make every now in than. 💕
