This is delicious. I made it and not only was it delicious it looked just like the picture. This definitely a make again. I added mushrooms and they work very well with this dish.

Good recipe! I didn't have onions so skipped them. Also, I had some shredded carrots to use up so added them in and sauteed in the pan like the onions. Turned out well!

Delicious! We didn’t have sun dried tomatoes on hand, so we used fresh tomatoes from our garden, and we added a sprinkling of Robusto cheese. Will definitely make this again!

So I’m not on any Paleo or keto diet but Ooooh man!! SOOO Delicious!!!!!!!! The unexpected flavors that came out were VERY impressive. I was secretly afraid of the coconut flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t taste any coconut... yay!! (I hate coconut-everything) I cut my chicken in bite size pieces so it would be easier to serve & cook and added mushrooms. This coconut-chicken broth-tapioca cream sauce is my new go-to! I looove cream-sauce pasta & I have terrible cravings for anything with heavy cream but I think this will make a wonderful replacement as Im trying to transition into better food choices. Also, if anyone is spending over $60 to make this dish, please find me bc I need to do your grocery shopping (also, I found tapioca flour at the local Asian grocery store for 99 cents, ha! Beat the Whole-foods)

Delicious! I had to substitute the nutritional yeast with crumbled Parmesan, and the sun dried tomatoes with roasted red peppers. But all in all, a win for this family.

Very delicious! My husband and our 7 year old daughter loved it. This is truly flavorful. I served it with olive oil roasted baby potatoes, and it was the perfect combo.

Dry chicken at my fault because the fire was too high. But we put it on the family meals to have again! It was delicious!

This turned out wonderful. I didn't use the yeast in the recipe but it did say optional. My parents who are very simple eating people liked it too.

This turned out fantastic, the sauce was so good and when I had guests drop by they house they all asked for the recipe. I did leave the nutritional yeast put of mine since I didn't have any and it still tasted great. I served mine with some baby potatoes but next time I might do cauliflower rice.

It turned out good! if you dont have the ingredients it cost me around 60$ to purchase all of them. The end result was very tasty but not worth 60$ worth of grocery shopping.

This was absolutely delicious. It looked exactly like the picture. I made it because my daughter-in-law is supposed to limit carbs so I served it with grilled asparagus, no rice, no pasta, no bread. I modified the recipe slightly by baking boneless, skinless chicken thighs, then browning them lightly in a nonstick skillet. The cream and oil-packed sun dried tomatoes were enough fat.

Delish! Wouldn't change a thing. I did chop the chicken up into bite sized pieces, as this is something I have to eat on the go!
