    It cane out pretty runny, but tasted delicious! I’d say this is more of a dip than casserole..

    It's a family favorite. Want to try it with low fat sour cream and cream cheese. Haven't gotten there.

    This was delicious and very easy to make, but a few things to point out... I agree with the other reviewer who said that the odd amounts make this a little bit frustrating, because you waste some of the leftover ingredients. Having said that, a little extra corn or a little less taco seasoning wouldn't dramatically change the overall taste. One thing I wish the recipe specified was that you should take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator in advance of starting in order to let it soften up. It was difficult to mix it with the sour cream because I didn't think to let it soften a bit. Also, I find it odd to mix items in a baking pan, so I mixed everything in my skillet rather than doing some of the mixing in my 13x9 pan.
