Wow. I am newly diagnosed diabetic and was looking for low/no carb ideas. Lemme tell you this was SO GOOD! I microwaved some brown boil in bag rice and put that on the bottom then followed the rest of the recipe. Everyone loved it. Only down was everyone also wanted more sauce for the rice so next time I will add a layer of sauce on rice before adding the rest. So easy to make!! 2 thumbs up! It's also great reheated so bonus points there too!

I cut chicken breasts into strips and followed the directions. To finish the appearance of the dish, I put freshly cut lemon slices and chopped parsley on the corner of the dish, served atop rotini noodles. The side dish was spinach salad and tomato slices to get all the colors. The presentation of food makes a big difference with the cook (me) being satisficed with the meal.

Awesome! Recipe good as it stands but I added a ginger citrus salad dressing to add othrr flavors. made this for 2. Now for a party of 10.

Used leftover chicken so cut cook time and lowered temp to 400 otherwise followed recipe and my husband who hates chicken gave it a 9 out of 10

I trusted the process, and it came out good. I used a large cast iron pan because I was afraid the glass would break at that temperature. Next time I make it, I’m going to add a bit more seasonings to give it a bit more complexity.

Great! Added fresh chopped portobello mushrooms and a mix of pepper jack cheese with the Monterey Jack. Came out amazing!! Will def make again!! My bf loves it too!!

turned out A LOT better than i was expecting. i marinated the chicken before due to personal preference, used creamed spinach and mozzarella cheese instead because that’s what I had, then substituted the alternatives for Lite Mayo & Light Sour Cream. this turned out delicious

Better than expected - only had mozz cheese and I didn’t top it at the end. Served with green beans and wild rice. Fiancé wasnt super excited about the spinach, he says four stars and would cut the spinach next time
