- 1 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tsp. McCormick Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp. McCormick Oregano Leaves
- 1 tsp. McCormick Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper (McCormick®, Black)
- 2 cans white beans (15 ounces each, such as cannellini, navy or great northern, drained and rinsed)
- 1 1/2 cups yellow corn
- 1 medium yellow onion (peeled and chopped)
- 1 medium green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 32 oz. unsalted chicken stock (Kitchen Basics® All Natural)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)

Directions
- 1 Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix seasonings, salt and pepper in small bowl. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mixture. Add remaining ingredients, except cream cheese; stir to mix. Cover.
- 2 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 3 to 4 hours on HIGH.
- 3 Remove chicken from slow cooker. Shred, using 2 forks. Set aside.
