Added to family favorites. Accidentally used chicken tenders and they were a great answer. Also added some capers.

delicious. used goat cheese instead of cream. one whole red pepper instead of half of two types. cooked the veggies in white wine and broth, chicken in bacon fat, and added leftover spaghetti sauce to increase the liquid. served over gluten free penne
