This was so tasty! Loaded with calories, tho....I used half and half, only used half the amount of butter, and the sauce was still super creamy and delish. I bet you could also cut back on the cream cheese....I made the seasoning mix, but didn't have any dill or chives. I .bet it will be even better with those additions. This sauce would be good over veggies, as well.

This turned out fabulous. Made some modifications. Used beef broth because I had a carton open that I wanted to use up. Used enough broth to almost cover chops, added lid and simmered 30 minutes. Removed chops and covered. For sauce I did not add the extra 4 tbsp of butter and only had 2 tbsp of ranch mix. Let sauce thicken for 10 minutes. Added chops back and simmered for another 10 minutes. Next time will try chicken broth.
