Really good meal! Would make again, personal thought- little bland but Himalayan salt always fixes that!

This was the best pasta I ever made. I made the pesto with homegrown basil.

Turned out great!! I added cheese also

This was quick and delicious. I substituted canned chicken breast since that’s what I had available and topped it with fresh- grated Parmesan. I will make this again!

I’m usually skeptical of any recipe requiring you to cook chicken until it’s no longer pink (done) and then keep cooking it in a sauce and continue cooking it while you add the rest of the ingredients. The chicken was definitely overcooked by the time the dish was served. I liked the simplicity and how quick the timing was. If you’re not in a rush then I would suggest keeping the breasts whole, seering them and then removing them until the sauce has has been developed. Then add back and continue with the finishing. Personally, I would’ve roasted the chicken and added it at the end. Plenty of flavor still and the chicken would be juicy. Liked the dish overall though.

Yes I only used this recipe for the sauce and changed the type of pasta and veg to asparagus, which went well with pesto

Great recipe, but I agree with other reviewers who say to add more seasoning to the chicken!

Delish! I seasoned it & added a tablespoon of minced garlic & 1/2 a stick of butter to the recipe.

I added spinach to wilt in with the broccoli and pasta. Overall, It’s good- but I think would have been better if I had used a higher quality pesto. Definitely worth trying- especially for such a quick and inexpensive dinner.

Good basic meal, I added a few more veggies. Nice and simple!

very easy to do and came together in less than 45min. for next time tho i would add more seasoning (maybe red pepper flakes, or onion powder) and more pesto. as is tho was fine and very quick - prefect for a weekday nighy. definately make again

For some reason, recipes always take way longer for me to make, so I set aside 90min to make this (it finished right when I wanted it to). Most of it was waiting for the pasta lol
It is a little bland, but it could easily be tweaked to add more flavour. It turned out beautifully though, and I'm absolutely thrilled.
Next time, however, i'm using a second pot instead of a skillet.

My family and I thought this was so delicious. The pesto did not over power the cream cheese or vise versa. I added parmesan cheese in it because it wasn’t thick enough. I’m not sure it wasn’t thick due to me doubling it but it came out great with the parm. Also, I made my chicken broth with bullion cubes and add one or two more to add extra taste. This sauce is now going to added to our dish rotations!!!
