This was a major hit! I started with 1/2 cup brown sugar and sweetened until it was to my liking. I let it sit overnight so the brown sugar would dissolve and served with apples. Everyone loved it!

Quick and easy recipe - I paired it with apples for a holiday gathering. A little on the sweet side, but a nice offset to the crunch of the apples.

At first it was gritty (my brown sugar had dried out) but after sitting it was awesome! I cut the brown sugar in half and it was perfect.
