Fantastic!! Tweeked it a little adding julienned sun dried tomatoes once the onions were about finished sautéing and then fresh spinach. I only had one chicken breast, so I cooked that up as the directions said to but also found some left over rotisserie chicken that needed to be used. I threw that in after the half n half and it soaked up some of the liquid. Served it over angel hair and dipped yeast rolls in the extra sauce. Oh my goodness gracious!
